  I have a 10’x16’ thick off white wool rug that had many pet stains. My husband did not want to pay for professional cleaning and rented equipment so we could do it ourselves. After many hours and many passes it seemed dirtier than ever but we had to begin drying this huge thing so it wouldn’t get microbial issues. It took a week of multiple fans and dehumidifiers and it did dry, but it had sweaty sock/wet Retriever smell that was totally gross, and developed a slight brownish/yellowish tinge. I wasn’t sure it could be saved but I really like it and wanted to try. Aero made it look and smell brand new! It is off white again and has no smell at all. They were very professional and came to pick it up in Abbotsford and delivered it when it was done. I am very happy with the result, and I learned a valuable lesson: a thick wool rug must be cleaned by professionals who have professional equipment!

By the way the marks you see on the rug are chunks of cat hair. My supersized kitties were happy to have their soft surface back and celebrated by wrestling!

  Richard was absolutely fantastic. So nice and did such a great job. I can’t believe how clean our beige wall to wall carpet looks. We’ve had it a long time and it looks brand new. Stains that have been there a long time, and have not been removed by other companies, have disappeared! We are very pleased.

  excellent service, and our rugs came out very clean.  After 5 years of heavy traffic and a dog we thought we had to replace the rugs, but Aero managed to get even the hardest stains out.  Highly recommend.
