Ship it to our Burnaby plant. We’ll provide the address. Please keep your tracking number.

We clean it. Our team inspects and cleans your rug using methods suited to its fibre and construction.

We ship it back. Your rug is carefully repackaged and returned to your door.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for sending your rug to our plant and for the return shipment. We recommend choosing a tracked service and adding insurance for the value of your rug. Contact us and we’ll help you estimate shipping costs for your size and location.
